Opened in June, 2015, La Banque Hotel is an 18-room luxury boutique property steeped in history, being built in a former bank building. Our raison d'être is to ensure a special experience in a setting reminiscent of a bygone era which rivals that of any hotel in Chicagoland. It is the perfect venue for both corporate and leisure guests. The magnificent lobby is flanked by an inviting sitting area and conference room. A deluxe continental breakfast is offered to our guests each morning, with fresh baked pastries and many healthy options. Every guest room is unique but all offer a level of comfort to satisfy the most demanding guests. Rooms feature pillow top mattresses, fine linens and robes, Aveda bath amenities and all of the technology our business and social travelers could ever need. All guest rooms have work stations, safes, refrigerators, individual climate control and Keurig coffee makers with specialty coffees and teas. La Voûte Bistro & Bar, the hotel’s cozy restaurant, was designed around the bank’s main vault. Its massive door, signed by the legendary FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, provides a unique setting for private dining. The menu is a balance of French cuisine and American favorites. True to our commitment to the environment and to taste, emphasis is placed on serving food grown or raised locally. La Banque could not claim to be upscale without an extensive health club facility. Our fitness center, open 24 hours a day, set mostly in the bank’s largest vault, features a cardiovascular room, a strength training room and a floor exercise room. Our sister property, Ravisloe Country Club is proud to be named One of the Best Courses You Can Play in Illinois. In 2016, Ravisloe was ranked #9 by Golfweek Magazine and the only Classic Course in the top fifteen. Ravisloe is not only about golf and dining! We host breathtaking weddings, golf outings and parties. We want to remind you that after 107 years as a private golf course, Ravisloe is open to the public. We are proud to offer everyone a private club experience at a public golf course. Getting here couldn’t be easier. We are approximately one mile from highways 80, 94 and 294. The Metra Homewood train stop is located just across the street from both properties. Just call us and we will pick you up.
