  The staff is extremely helpful and kind, the rooms are clean and fresh smelling as soon as you walk in! For two people staying in a one bed room its very spacious. There are a good amount of outlets for all my electronics and the bed is very plush. I am so far very happy with my stay and would definitely come back AND recommend it to others!

  Fantastic service! We had to change our accommodations after our initial check-in during orientation for our son. The staff was understanding and quickly moved us to a room to fit our needs. Entire property was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the available cookies were delicious! We look forward to staying here again.

  Loved staying here! John (Jon).... I think thats his name - the guy manning the desk overnight, was great. Very knowledgeable of the area and had great customer service. He deserves recognition if a manager happens to see this. The convenience of the location was awesome. You are not just within walking distance of food and shops.... you are right in the middle of them. Needing to park across the street in the garage was definitely not as stressful or inconvenient as I originally thought it would be, and you can pull up in front of the hotel if you need. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite there being nightlife on the weekend, I could not hear any of it while in my room. I do not use room service while traveling but employees were friendly. The restaurant was fine. I wouldnt go out of my way to eat there but it was good food for the convenience. I felt safe, even when walking to and from the garage in the middle of the night. The area around the hotel was clean and taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

  I have to say the mothers day brunch was amazing! The hotel had lost power the night before and i can say the staff went above and beyond using only a generator. The food was great! Thank you for making our mothers day so special.

  Whenever I come to Kent to see my son at school, this is the only place I stay. It's a nice hotel and well it may not be uber fancy, it is hands down way better than the various chains that are on the outskirts of town. The hotel is always clean, well maintained, professional, and has a decent restaurant. If you want more food and drink options there are a gazillion places nearby..
