Coraline Valdeza month agoAmazing help! The girl who helped me was named Serita I believe, she spent so much time with me when I was customizing my jewelry. She showed me how to style stones and with different jewelry, I loved all her ideas! The options were endless and she was so patient with me, she made me feel like I was shopping with my close friends, I will definitely be back to shop here! Best experience!

I never wrote reviews but after all her help and suggestions she made my shopping super fun and easy! I had to post a review! What a great team here!!!
Makayla Cantu2 months agoAbsolutely terrible experience. I walked in and was never greeted once. I spent 10–15 minutes looking around, and not a single employee offered assistance or even acknowledged me. Instead, the girls working there just kept looking me up and down, which made me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome, like I didn’t belong there. I actually found a necklace I was ready to purchase, but after the way I was treated, I decided to leave it behind and walk out. Customer service costs nothing, and this place clearly doesn’t value it. I will never be returning.
Cristy Galaviz Ch5 months agoDecided to give this company a 2nd chance after being ignored at the Quarry Market location. Total night and day. North Star location acknowledged me as soon as I stepped into the store and greeted me and staff was all around friendly there. Quarry Market not a single hello after walking around twice the entire store and it was obvious I'm a person of color versus the entire store that was one race that the person of color (me) was ignored. The staff at North Star was a much younger staff but far more educated and well mannered. Spend your money here folks, don't ever go the Quarry Market location unless you don't mind getting discriminated against.

I had no idea what I wanted since I have a lot of Kendra pieces and he was able to help me create my necklace and maximize my birthday deal. I'm so happy this location opened finally!!
