Owned by the city of Anaheim, Honda Center officially opened as Anaheim Arena on June 19, 1993 with a sold out Barry Manilow concert. In October of that same year, the venue was renamed Arrowhead Pond and hosted the first Mighty Ducks of Anaheim game. The year 2005 began a new era as Henry and Susan Samueli took ownership of both the team and the venue management company, Anaheim Arena Management, LLC. In 2006, the official name of the arena changed to Honda Center, along with the team to Anaheim Ducks. Honda Center continues to make improvements to the facility, all in the interest of creating a great experience for every visiting fan. The venue’s most expansive upgrade, The Grand Terrace Project, features a 15,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor entertainment space, a 250-seat full service restaurant on the main level and an expanded Anaheim Ducks team store. Cisco’s state-of-the-art StadiumVision platform has been installed throughout the arena, incorporating more than 500 HD Monitors into the venue, creating a world class immersive live entertainment experience. Debuting in fall of 2015 was a brand-new scoreboard measuring 27 feet tall and 47 feet 10 inches wide. The six millimeter diode equipped hardware features 1248 x 2208 lines of resolution, the clearest and highest definition picture available in any North American venue.

Elizabeth O2 months agoI have gone here a few times for concerts and comedy shows. I absolutely love this arena! No matter where you sit, you have a good view. I also like the layout inside for bar options and for merch booths. But what I especially appreciated was their accessibility assistance. The people working at the accessibility tent were so kind and helpful. I was in a cast and crutches and parked in ADA parking, and when gates open they wheelchaired me and my guest in to the front of the whole line and directly to my seat. They then proceeded to be there for me when the concert ended and take me to the parking lot at the end. Overall, thank you so much to Honda center for having these accommodations for those that are disabled!!
Jeni3 months agoFantastic experience at the Honda Center! The concert was incredible, and the venue itself is top-notch. Parking was surprisingly smooth and well-organized, which made getting in and out a breeze. A huge shout-out to the staff as well—everyone was professional, helpful, and kept the energy positive all night. Definitely a premier spot to catch a show!
Ericka W3 months agoView from the second to last seats is still friggin' beautiful. I could see the game (and the fights and intermission games )perfectly and not miss a darn thing (Canucks vs Ducks). The food is still expensive, but not as unreasonable as the previous venue i went to hockey game for (Calgary vs Kings). Many food options. Wide staircases. Comfortable seats. Walkable distance for free street parking. I'd definitely go back to another event here.
Pilot2 months agoA very large stadium with plenty of capacity. In the lobby, they sell delicious pizza for $19, as well as hot dogs for $9, water, ice cream, and sweet soda. Self-service checkout without a cashier. There are also special tables where you can charge your phones. Clean restrooms.
Nazan Osmanoglu2 weeks agoIt was our first time at Honda Center last Sunday for the Cirque show with my daughter. Parking was super easy and included with the event ticket. Everything ran smoothly, the venue is spacious and beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed it.
