Tom Jackson2 months agoI travel to this Hilton in San Antonio at least once a month, and every stay has been outstanding. Arielle at the front desk is always welcoming, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect from check-in to check-out. Jason at the bar is equally spectacular - friendly, attentive, and consistently provides exceptional service. The level of hospitality from both of them is a big reason I keep coming back. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but the staff truly sets this property apart. I couldn’t recommend this Hilton more highly, and I’m always extremely satisfied with my stay.
Kate Farrella month agoSpent the weekend relaxing at the lovely pools, and enjoying all the fun activities this hotel has to offer. Particularly, Hillary, in the lobby restaurant was so kind, and her service was 10/10, made the experience that much better. Every member of staff, from hospitality, to bus boys, pool attendants, and the bar tender at the pool (I did not get her name, but she's a rockstar as well), was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back, and I will be recommending it to anyone staying in the area 💕
dewey tucker5 months agoLocation was very good, clean, and well maintained. We had the junior king balcony room and it was excellent minus one issue. the toilet kept running for the two night we stayed. To be fair was did not call it in but should be looked at for the next guest. the balcony was excellent and enjoyed it. We had dinner on valentines day at the hotel restaurant. Food was very good, bourbon selection was better than the fancy local restaurant we went to the night before, but the star was our server, Michael. Class act and can work at any restaurant in town. Someone give him a bonus. The only issue in our stay is that my wife has strong dog allergies and on this weekend, I saw more dogs in the hotel than I have ever seen in a hotel. I saw two couples with 3 dogs each! My wife's allergies took a lot from our experience. I wonder if Hilton has accommodations for guest that have animal allergies. We are Hilton diamond members and stay in a lot of Hilton properties and likely always will, but don't think we would return to this location based on seeing so many animals in the hotel. We are visiting the Signa in San Antinio in late June, I hope they have less animals or some non-animal rooms. Still was a nice stay and I would recommend this location to others that are dog lovers or those without allergy issues.
Abie Rampy4 weeks agoWe loved this hotel for our family when visiting Sea World. The staff is friendly and attentive. We loved the s'mores each night around the fire pits. We dined in the restaurant, and the food was great, staff was equally great. Our room was very clean, and we loved our balcony. We will visit again. Bonus: free shuttle to Sea World that is just around the corner.
Madi Lan2 months agoDresden our bartender was the best!! So sweet. Made the best drinks. And literally blew up our beach ball when the pump was to slow. The location is great. Perfect for seaworld. Love the diffrent size pools for our kiddos and the staff is great! We love Dresden though she was so sweet
