Krenare Recaj3 weeks agoI stayed at this hotel for two nights on a work trip, and I had also stayed here several times a few years ago. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was very clean and well-maintained. One standout feature was the breakfast buffet. Most hotels offer a fairly standard selection, but this buffet had an impressive variety of options—more than I've seen at any hotel breakfast buffet before. My only minor criticism is that on my second morning, I arrived later in the breakfast service and several items had run out. Although there were still about 30 minutes remaining, the buffet was not being replenished. Aside from that, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.
yao chen2 months agoOutstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and professional. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The bed was especially cozy, and all the amenities were high quality. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt both relaxing and upscale. I also really enjoyed the facilities and overall service—it truly felt like a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service!
Paul R3 weeks agoI wanted to share about the food served at the bar/restaurant. Their french fries are double dipped crispy and home made batter that is perfect! Their best is the banana bread desert. Their chef knows pastries and makes this dessert better than I’ve had anywhere else! At least get their banana bread dessert.
Ryn Denn4 months agoWe stayed here this past weekend for a hockey tournament and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and spotless, And the service was fantastic. Parking can be challenging with a larger vehicle because the closest lot is two blocks away however we made it work. There was a minor issue with the pool maintenance, a loose cover on the skimmer that one of the kids bruise their leg on because they fell into it but other than that minor detail our state was great. Other than a great weekend, staying at this hotel, there is lots to do and see in Ottawa, and I highly recommend catching senators game.
SIMPLY Pa month agoWent here to experience Le Petite Chef at Tulip Restaurant. Wow! Amazing evening! We were entertained by the effects and the food was perfect. The staff were warm and attentive! Congrats Chef David and the rest of the team. Highly recommend! Get ready for a great evening!
