  I genuinely do not understand how Hilton allows this property to operate under a Hampton Inn name. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a complete disaster. There were three staff members working, no line at the desk, and yet it somehow took 20 minutes just to check in—pure incompetence. The first room we were given was dirty, forcing us to go back to the front desk for a room change. The second room was no better—the mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs through it, making it impossible to get comfortable. To make matters worse, there were no towels in the room at all. After my third trip back to the front desk, I was told they had to find a room that already had towels because they had no clean towels available in the laundry. Completely unacceptable. This place makes a Motel 6 look like a luxury hotel. Poor management, poorly trained staff, filthy rooms, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and do not book here. There are far better options—this one should be avoided at all costs.

  I stay at Hilton properties exclusively and usually Hampton Inns. Best bang for the buck for me. This one however, I will probably pass on next trip. With HIs, you come to expect a quality stay, decent breakfast at a fair rate. No frills. This is certainly an older HI. We I arrived, I noticed the grassy areas had not been tended to in a lung time. Overgrown and weeds. See pics. Just a mess. Pool area looked like it had not been tended to since last summer. Lots of cigarette butts everywhere. Room was the usual so no complaints, a/c worked great, hot shower, all good. Went to get ice. 1st floor out of order. 2nd floor out of order. 3rd floor working but big leak all over floor. Someone thru a towel on guessing to help. I reported it to front desk and she said she get maintenance on it. Went to the breakfast bar. Again, not up to the HI standard. Sure they had scrambled eggs and sausage patties and a few other things. Not a lot to work with. And then the coffee situation. Usually there are large urns with 2 or 3 choices. Not here. They had a single use machine like what they have in the room. And only one machine. I left and went and got breakfast tacos nearby. This is by far the worst HI I’ve ever stayed at.

  Do not book here. They are about to lose their Hilton contract. First you cannot check in by app. No digital keys. First room they gave us had a fan blowing bc the floors were soaked and it reeked of mold. Next room the ac did not work, the lights flickered and the room smelled. The hallways smelled. The ice machine leaked and soaked all the carpets by the elevators and the elevators clunked so badly we were worried. A truly bad experience and we ended up leaving after 10 minutes and went to a different hotel.

  I am currently staying at this hotel now (3-27-26 , 10:14 pm) When I arrived, the grass was overgrown like it needed to be mowed. I thought it was abandoned at first. When we arrived in our room, the light did not come on. We had to turned on the lamp in the center of the room. There were not enough towels in the room, so i had to go downstairs to get more. When my child took a shower, she said that there was no bodywash in the container. She had to use the bar soap that was on the counter. After she showered, she informed me that the water did not drain. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to inform the hotel staff and was given another room. The new room had a large stain on the floor and a dirty shower. I used one of the towels to clean the shower. I noticed that this shower did not have bodywash as well. After my son showered I noticed that the shower drained very slow. We had to wait until the water drained for everyone to shower. If the staff had cleaned the room they would have noticed this and corrected the issue. The house keeping manager is not doing their job ensuring that the rooms are clean. There seem to not be any accountability in the management staff. I stay in Hilton brand hotels often and this is absolutely the worst Hampton Inn hotel ever. I read the reviews and hoped that we did not have the same experience. The ower replied to other reviews apologizing for the guest experience. It seems like the owner doesn't care, because many of the issues are the same. Don't apologize for the room and guest experience if you have no plans to correct the issues.

  During our stay, the staff was not responsive at all. I requested towels at least three times once at the front desk, my husband also asked in person, and I even called using my personal phone because the phone in our room wasn’t working. Unfortunately, we received no response. Eventually, I had to ask a housekeeper who was cleaning another room, and he kindly gave me one of each towel. I understand that rooms may not be cleaned daily, but at the very least, trash should be collected and guests should be provided with basic necessities like clean towels. We even placed our used towels outside the room, but they were never picked up. At one point, my husband asked a housekeeper for a garbage bag and found her lying on the bed, on her phone, instead of attending to guests. Additionally, the bathtub drain was not working at all, which made our stay even more inconvenient. My family and I stayed for 2 days and 3 nights, and unfortunately, we did not receive the level of service we expected. I’m not trying to complain, but rather to bring awareness so improvements can be made for future guests. Sadly, we will not be returning. There were also loud noises in the middle of the night, which made it difficult to rest.
