Lily Thompson7 months agoThis has to be one my favourite places to get my hair done. I have been to Sabina twice now and I have never been more in love with my hair. Between the amazing colour she did and just how kind she is in general makes this experience the best I have had when having my hair coloured. I will never stop recommending this salon! 💙
Megan O'Brien3 months agoI was hesitant to write a review because I selfishly didn’t want more people to know about how much of a GODESS Andreja is with scissors. I was at a point with my curly hair where I would literally want to cry trying to style it because it was so damaged and uncooperative. I booked for the first time at this salon and with Andreja and she restored my relationship with my hair. A true therapeutic experience. She was so kind and lovely and confident, and she knew exactly what would and would not work for my hair when I showed her inspo pictures. She is a master of her craft and while I wish I could keep her as a best kept secret, her talent deserves accolades. Thank you Andreja!!!
Sonia Pavonea year agoAs a Mother’s Day gift my family treated me to the 2 hour Japanese Head Massage. It was incredible. June and Flora’s second location on 5th Avenue is the most adorable boutique salon. I was welcome warmly by Sabina and she took care of me the whole time. What impressed me was that she took her time explaining everything, talking to me about my scalp and hair and answering all my questions. I was pampered. I LOVE the fact there is no one else in the salon allowing complete silence and privacy. No hairdryer or talking going on in the background. This to me, is worth the little higher cost. The products were fantastic and again Sabina was nothing short of professional. Thanks for making this experience amazing and I will be back!
R O3 months agoI was really excited to get my hair done after hearing such great reviews of the curly cuts at this location. My appointment started at the time booked, I asked for a trim and some face framing cuts near the front. My hair was close to my butt when I arrived when wet (dried mid back). I left with hair that can barely be put in a bun dry or wet … barely shoulder length with mismatch cuts that did not look good when styled. When I was in the chair, I could hear my stylist asking another stylist what products to use behind the wall? And then asking me in the chair right after? It just felt like she didn’t know what to do and needed mine or another stylist direction? She asked if I wanted water, which I accepted but I never got. After my hair was dry, I didn’t even get a chance to look at it closer, the stylist Jeleena said that I can look at it later? I guess I was her last appointment so she just wanted me out as fast as possible as all the other stylist had left already. The store closed at 6 pm based on their hours, but I was being pushed out at 4 pm when my appointment started at 3 pm. When I got home, I noticed how bad the cut was and how short it was. The curls were all different lengths and this was not the trim I asked for. I haven’t gotten a hair cut in two years at a salon, and was looking forward to get a trim before having my baby in a week or two. To leave with half the hair I had with mismatch lengths that wasn't what I asked for and then rushed out, was not the greatest feeling. Hair grows back, but my confidence going into post Partum is definitely lost.

Laura consistently does a remarkable job on my hair, it's like she reads my mind and executes exactly what I'm hoping for, all while being the kindest, sweetest human being. It's a cozy and peaceful space, and you have your stylists full attention and care throughout the appointment. Thank you June & Flora!
