Kellie Thommesa month agoGreat location only 1.5 blocks from the University of Minnesota hospital. They offer great hospital rates for rooms and parking. The bed was super comfortable, and the area was surprisingly quiet. They do not offer a free breakfast. Because they have a restaurant in the hotel. There is a coffee maker in the room. There was no microwave in our room, but they brought one up immediately, when we asked for one. There was a small refrigerator in the room.Our room had one king bed. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Davorin Skender2 months agoThe location on campus is hard to beat. Decorations are eclectic and fun and has lots of space to plug in and get work done. The room was a bit crowded and I had to bend over to fit under the shower (a first for me) and the double beds were a bit short. Having a Chick Fil A connected to the building was a lifesaver just to get some food after a long day of traveling. Staff was friendly and took care of check in and check out efficiently. They also held my luggage until the end of my conference.
Chancea month agoRooms were clean. Walls are paper thin. Did not get a lot of sleep as you can literally hear your neighbors. Overall - great location and great place to stay.
Jennifer Sereda6 months agoI loved staying at this hotel! The theme room was preppy cool! The restaurant was great and the lobby was huge and accessible. Most importantaly was the service. Christian took care of me after I made a booking mistake- he was exceptional, so friendly and so helpful and he saw my issue to its conclusion, 5 star service!!!!!! I hope I get the chance to stay here again.
Maggie Marie4 months agoI honestly have never had a worse experience at a hotel. The staff were perfectly nice but clearly way overworked and were too busy to answer some of my questions. My room had a terrible smell and someone I talked to in the lobby who had a room on the other side of the hotel said their room smelt of sewage. I saw not 1 but THREE roaches over my two day stay and discoloration on multiple walls. Absolutely disgusting. I would recommend sleeping in the Walgreens across the street before ever recommending the graduate hotel.
