A&H’s largest indoor rental space, the Germaine Marvel Building (GMB) is ideal for corporate meetings, holiday parties, and events for any occasion. Renovated in 2014, with the addition of an outdoor Event Plaza in 2015, renting the building includes both spaces. The Plaza is covered by a large tent from October-May. The GMB is an open plan building with multiple entrances and is fully air conditioned with restrooms and a large kitchen. A picturesque view of the historic Maitland Art Center campus can be seen from inside the building, and attendees are welcome to enjoy the Center's gardens & chapel while on-site. Free parking is directly next to the building.
