  This was a good stay. It was an absolutely perfect location. The staff was super friendly, but we had one big issue with it. There is a hidden valet parking fee that is insanely high (42.50 per day) that they don't tell you about until you get there. Now, I'll admit, the guys working valet were very good, efficient, and friendly. All of the staff were. I just have a problem with what I consider a hidden charge, as well as a price-gouging ridiculous amount. $42.50 per day? We arrived late, or I'd have done a little more homework, and found out that I could have self parked a block away for far less. This Marriott missed a 5 star rating solely because of their parking practices. It's a nice hotel, and staff. Just be forewarned parking drives the price of staying up...a lot.

  If you are looking for a good place to stay that is decently priced, BOOK HERE. Friendly staff that accommodated all requests without questions or push back, okay gym, nice pool area and bar, clean rooms that smelled nice, wide variety at breakfast all full and fresh, and prompt valet parking. I booked the parking package thru the Bonvoy app, which included come and go valet in my room rate. I highly recommend the same if you have a car. Location was right off the highway, close to Riverwalk, and near the Frost Bank Center. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. If you get a chance, try out Smoke Skybar. The bbq was amazing. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. Special shout out to front desk Joe and valet John M!

  Stay here! Price is great & the location is perfect! There’s a lot of things you can do within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance! Oh! And there’s more! Breakfast is included! It’s true that the rooms are a little old, but I must say, housekeeping really does a great job! My room smelled so fresh and the bedsheets were impeccable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
