James Banks3 weeks agoThe place was nice, I didn’t like you had to pay $11 a day for parking. The AC was only luke cool and I didn’t sleep with a blanket or sheet on. The maintenance guy said the chiller was supposed to deliver 44F water and was only delivering 55F which made the air not as cool coming out and the room warmer, he also said it was old. I only stayed one night instead of 4 because of it. Then the company I paid for parking wouldn’t refund the additional 3 days I paid for but didn’t use.
Rachel Waite2 months agoI recently stayed at the Embassy Suites San Antonio Airport, and the standout highlight of the experience was easily the complimentary breakfast - genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. They feature a made-to-order egg bar with an extensive selection of options, including a daily special chicken fajita omelette that was absolutely phenomenal. It was incredibly flavorful, packed with roasted vegetables, cheddar cheese, and tender fajita chicken that literally melted in my mouth. (Shout out to Jose, the chef, who was friendly and amazing too) Beyond the incredible dining, the accommodations and hospitality were top-notch. My suite was spotlessly clean and very spacious, providing plenty of room to unwind. Despite the hotel's close proximity to the runway, the rooms are remarkably quiet, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep. Every interaction I had with the hotel staff was fantastic, as they were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Additionally, you cannot beat the convenience of the location for travel, as it sits less than a five-minute drive from the airport terminal. Between the top-tier breakfast, the comfortable rooms, and the prime location, this was an outstanding stay.
Aiesha Applewhite6 months agoI enjoyed the classic ambiance of the Hotel and the customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. My room was clean and prepared for us to have a comfortable stay. The restaurant and breakfast was professional and made with great detail to presentation and culinary skills. If I must offer any feedback back to a future guest; be sure to be prepared to pay for parking and be sure to put your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door if you plan to sleep in until check out at noon.

Everything about the breakfast is great. Oh forgot to mention they have a happy hour which is also awesome!!! Drinks and snacks
Dr. Robin Bailey, ND2 months agoWe had a great staycation. The hotel was close to all the San Antonio attractions. The room and the hotel were clean. The staff were super friendly. The omelettes were amazing. The only disappointment was that they charged for parking but it was only $10/day, so it wasn't too bad. I would definitely recommend this Embassy Suites.
