A special thank you to Christian who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was welcoming attentive and always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Amber McClure2 months agoI recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Minneapolis and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. One of the standout aspects was the staff—they were consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making check-in and every interaction afterward feel easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself was impressively clean and well-maintained. From the lobby to the rooms, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for, which made it easy to relax and settle in. Valet parking was another highlight—convenient, efficient, and a great option for anyone not wanting to navigate downtown parking. It really added to the overall ease of the stay. Breakfast each morning was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was inviting, and the offerings were both delicious and satisfying—definitely more than just a quick grab-and-go experience. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is within close walking distance to a variety of restaurants, as well as major attractions like the Target Center and the Pantages Theatre. Whether you’re in town for dining, entertainment, or an event, everything is right there. Overall, this hotel delivers a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely welcoming experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Minneapolis.
L O'Neill7 months agoVery helpful at checkin, warmly answered our questions and gave us information about the area. The front desk gave us free drink tickets for bar. We stopped there on our way to the concert. Very friendly and they had an assortment of snacks set out. Looks like quite a few folks were there for a conference with name badges, but it wasn’t too crowded. The two queen bed suite was spacious and comfortable. City view. Very close to the concert we were attending. We parked in a local public parking garage to save $30 from valet. Walkable to bars, restaurants and city area. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or additional services. We would stay there again if in the area.
Candace Barbee2 weeks agoExtremely rude and unwelcoming front desk worker named Scott checked me in, constantly talked over me. He would not allow me to finish a sentence, let alone ask questions and by result I was charged over $700 additional to a $1,111 hotel stay. General manager “Dan” made excuses for overcharging me calling it “semantics” and never minded his employee was rude to be for no reason. Not only is the staff rude but they’re incapable of handling simple billing instructions. This “team” caused so much unneeded anxiety on a day that was already very long and tiresome. The opposite of how a traveling guest should be treated. Will definitely be back to Minneapolis, will never stay here again.
Eric Ihrke7 months agoEnjoyed one night getaway here for an event in Minneapolis. I like the way the old office building is refitted to a hotel. The floors are spread out and the doors are heavy, keeping down the noise from other guests. There's still some street noise that's harder to filter out, but I didn't find it too noticeable. The staff from the front desk to the bartender were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. As mentioned in other posts parking can be a bit of a problem. We parked in the city center ramp and walked the half block over no problem, and it seemed to be a lot quicker than the outsourced valet service others were using.
