Gbadebo Adetula2 weeks agoDii and Jennifer were absolutely amazing! This is not my first time staying and I’m used to the top quality service and experience but as soon as I came in, they were both soo welcoming! Dii took care of me, made me immediately welcomed and gave me an amazing room! Also had a flight reschedule for a lot later in the day and Sadie was so kind to provide me a late check out so that I was not forced to just sit at the airport for hours. Amazing service from beginning to end! Thank you again to the amazing team!
Jing Li2 months agoDon't know much about Minneapolis but this hotel is a pleasurable stroll to the river front which is very nice. We asked for a quiet room and got one which was great for sleep quality. Consequently no view to speak of though. The bathroom fan runs continuously and this becomes a bit annoying as the stay progresses. Very good shower pressure! In fact, one of the best I've encountered, and I travel a lot, averaging 15+ hotels every year. Staff are all very friendly. Had a bit hiccup with housekeeping and it was promptly handled. They even sent up some nice chocolates which was very appreciated. Meals are fine. Ingredients quality is good, although the restaurant is a bit slow, and the cooking is slightly too greasy for my taste. I ordered roasted chicken for dinner one day and then ordered room service of the same consecutively for the next two days, and ended up with comically dwindling sizes. Consistency should be addressed. On the other hand, I probably ate up all their chicken! All in all I like this hotel a lot, and will not hesitate to stay here again, just maybe don't order room service. At least not the same item everyday :)
Terreea Wright3 months agoWe were there for a Valentines day Gala in the building connected to the hotel. We decided to stay so we would not have to drive back home. the room was so nice, i loved the decor. the sitting area across from the bed was beautiful. I also loved the shower. The staff in the restaurant was great. I wish I could remember the bartender. She was fantastic. She made my husbands Sazerac to perfection. He was very please. This was about 9:00pm when we were there for cocktails before going up to our rooms. the front desk staff was also great. When we checked out the next morning, the woman at the desk was very helpful and lets not forget the valet's where great also. We will be coming back there for a staycation again.
Amanda Wentworth2 months agoI've stayed at Elliot Park multiple times in the past few weeks. As a Titanium member, I have stayed in many hotels over the past year and Elliot Park has been the best experience! The customer service is top tier. Everyone we have spoken to has been great. Safia at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. Ike in Valet is kind and prompt. Breakfast in the restaurant has been very tasty with good size portions. The beds have been the most comfortable bed I've slept on. The rooms are quiet. Will definitely be back!
Martha Fillion2 months agoHave stayed here a couple times and have really enjoyed our stays. Most recently I stayed 2 nights, the first with my best friend and the following night with my new husband. Staff knew I was getting married and were incredibly accommodating! They had a clothing steamer in my room at check in as requested, they gave us new bedding and towels after our first night, and they even let my friend's husband in to retrieve his car keys after the rest of us had left for the ceremony (at my request)! Honestly, they go above and beyond, and we will definitely be back again!
