  Great location. The rooms could use some updating. The wallpaper and carpets looks a bit tired. But the bed is comfortable and the place is clean. Shower was great. Staff was really nice. And the location is perfect. Parking is a bit pricy and a bit tight to maneuver. The only real complaint i have is the doors to the adjoining rooms do little to block out noise. It's ok of you have a decently quiet neighborhood but if not it could be annoying.

  Amazing customer service. I stayed here for two weeks for work and honestly every single staff member made the experience great. Not just the front desk or housekeeping, but everyone. You can really tell the whole team cares about the guests and wants to make sure you’re comfortable. They are always listening, trying to help, and so accommodating with anything you need. The food at the hotel for events is also really good too. The cooks and kitchen staff clearly put a lot of effort into what they do. It’s nice to see that level of care from all departments, not just one. If you need to stay somewhere for a longer period for work or travel, this place is honestly 10/10. I will be staying again for one last week later this month and I really look forward to the experience again.

  The hotel is conveniently located, with direct access to Lyon subway station, several nearby restaurants, a Food Basics across the street, and a Shoppers Drug Mart within walking distance. However, the overall experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Upon entering, we only saw signage for Marriott Bonvoy and had to confirm with staff that we were in the correct check-in line. After waiting in line for quite some time, we finally reached the counter only to find that a trainee was handling check-ins during peak rush hour, which added another 30 minutes to the process. We booked a room with two double beds. While the room itself was small, the bathroom was extremely cramped. The layout also felt awkward, with a fridge oddly placed near the window. Amenities included a small kettle and coffee maker, but nothing stood out positively. The hotel is clearly dated, and it shows. Paint was peeling around the bathtub, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy and offered little support. Altogether, the stay felt poorly maintained and unpleasant. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly lowered my opinion of Marriott hotels, and I will likely remove them from my list of preferred hotel brands moving forward.

  Good hotel with nice quiet pool area. Female changing for pool strange, but not a problem when you have a room in the hotel. Breakfast selection good and Rebekah a delightful server. Slow service from others at times. Beds very comfortable and bathroom good.

  Front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were friendly. The rooms could use some paint. They are on the smaller side. The mini fridge sits on the floor which is odd. The pool was really nice, big, heated, deeper end. The sauna could use some work. There are several elevators so you are never waiting long for one. The restaurant was good, excellent service, but breakfast buffet was cold and expensive, it is better to order from the menu.
