  This was the most disappointing venue experience we've had in Wichita, and we've had many. We purchased expensive ($80+ each) tickets for our family of six (including our younger children) and planned our evening around arriving on time. Tickets said show started at 7pm - but though there was a line formed by 6:15pm on a very cold winter evening, doors didn't open until 7pm. It wasn't until then that it was announced that the show wouldn't start until eight. We waited in the cold to be admitted with our children, only to be told our seats had been "reassigned," and that we had to go wait in the long box office line. My husband went and came back with tickets...which were in split seating locations, despite us having specifically bought seats together. We then had to wait in the box office line again to request new seats. Thankfully they obliged. Finally got into the theater...and it was freezing. Their boiler was broken. And we had to then wait for an hour in the cold inside *and* find a way to entertain our children. I sent my husband for snacks...he waited 25 minutes to buy popcorn, only to be told they could only make one bag at a time, so there would be a long wait for our order...and it would be $10 a bag. Our seating was abysmal. It was cheap padded chairs crammed close together on a floor not graded for that many seats...so we all struggled to see anything. The performers were lovely, and we were so excited to support a clean, kid-friendly show, but we will never purchase tickets to anything at this venue again.

  I have enjoyed every show I’ve experienced here. I highly recommend! They make it easy to order from your table by providing a barcode you can scan and place your order to be delivered directly to your table. You can even pay through the link. I also recommend their event newsletter to stay informed about upcoming and future events/shows.

  Omg so cold. It's 10 outside and 52 inside. Dueling pianos is more simpatico piano, they sound great. Done common some new stuff some where did you find that? The bassist is very fun to watch. Great cocktail selections, fun dessert options. It wasn't the show we expected, and we couldn't stay for the third set, just too cold, I'm not sure we'll try this show again, since it will be in a school night.

  Pauly Shore in town? Epic! His show was hilarious, seriously fun and totally unique! But let's talk about the seating situation. I've been on more comfortable airplane rides. The seats were literally touching each other & like, what, 12 inches across? If flying economy is bad, imagine squeezing into seats a third smaller with no armrests to save you. So there we were, sandwiched between a skyscraper of a dude and a plus-sized powerhouse. We were practically spilling out of our seats! I had to fold myself up like a contortionist to fit. And don't get me started on trying to exit the front row. No gap to get out. C'mon, guys, let's upgrade those seats or at least space them out. My back was (still is) killing me & honestly I couldn't stop thinking about when it was going to be over because it was so hard to sit like that. Keep the laughs coming, but maybe give us a little breathing room next time?

  Very nice venue. Food staff was a little chaotic/overwhelmed at the beginning of the show but they all got it together and delivered food to the tables to add convenience. Turned out to be a fantastic example of ordered chaos. Seating was very nice and spaced out so your group felt like it's own little island. Drink prices are a bit steep but that's to be expected at a venue like this so that they can maintain overhead.
