Angelo4 months agoIt's quite but you do not get information on all that comes with your stay they come to the room over and over again but do nothing or ask anything. The clocks do not work well, the remote to TV does not work as they should, there are a couple very well employees here and not many others at all. Lots of pets say ID's and backgrounds should be looked into and idk it's quite with nice rooms and has updated technology well better than a lot of other places and it's not connected to the name or company as you would think. I do not know the cost to experience as in pros and cons based of cost and time and nothing helpful as a human
Angelina Jasso2 months agoGreat stay. The housekeeping is amazing, super nice. The staff is sooo nice and amazing. Super glad we chose this place. Visiting from Vegas and randomly chose this spot and it was worth it for sure. Clean, accommodating and even have a bar with a bistro what a great bonus to the place. Loved all the space and places to be able to hangout at.
UCHENNA IFEDIORA2 months agoI am not sure what went wrong with this courtyard hotel. This used to be one of the best hotels to stay but I came in yesterday and noticed a lot of changes including staff attitude. The staff said they were having system changes but I dont know if it comes with being completely nonchalant about customer's needs. I won't be returning!
Liz Ross2 months agoThe continental breakfast was, as my kid says, “dust.” Literally was runny oatmeal (we thought it was gravy), and there was some bread with a toaster. The fruit was the only thing good, but for a hockey team… give me a break! Protein, people! The residence inn by marriott next door had eggs, sausage… you know, an expected hotel breakfast. Also there were no trash bags for the trash cans so I couldn’t change the trash after eating ordered-in food with my family. Don’t try to force people to use your restaurant. Very suspiciously manipulative service.
First Lutheran Church of Aitkin6 months agoThe accommodations and staff were exceptional! Very helpful. Food at Bistro Bar was hot and tasty and not overpriced. Staff at Bistro Bar was not the friendliest but service was ok. Rooms were clean and bed/chairs were comfy!
