  We typically stay at the same hotel every time we visit KC, but tried this Courtyard and were incredibly impressed. The room was very large and in pristine condition. Service at the front desk was great. Parking was easy. Just a great hotel. We'll be back.

  Had to stop driving through to Iowa as a big storm was coming in. We quickly booked here and Ariana at the front desk made our check in process so smooth and stress free. Rooms are also very nice and staff was super friendly! Big shout out to Ariana and the Marriott staff!

  Nope. Nope. Nope. Overpriced, under staffed, and what bothers me most is lack of transparency. We thought breakfast was included, oh actually only if you are Residence in. We thought of course for $450/night parking is included…ha! Not even close. Get ready to shell out far more than you bargained for here. I appreciate the 11pm call to my room accusing me of ordering food without a card on file…when I had a card on file. Let’s also add that I put in an order at the bistro, and the app said to expect 15 minutes for food to be ready. One hour and fourty five minutes later I am still sitting in the lobby waiting, while the solo, rude but obviously understaffed solo attendant tells me I should have gone across the street to eat as if I am someone who stays here all the time and should know better than to utilize the hotel restaurant. While the hotel itself is quiet, there is a LOT of noise from the highway, expect to hear that until about 4 am. So no, I do not recommend this Marriott for anything, ever and will never return. I am a Bonvoy member and have never had an experience as disappointing as this one. This Marriott has left me tired, hungry, and broke. Nope nope nope.

  We will never stay here again. We paid $569 per night for 3 nights. Oh and we got two rooms. We leave for our tournament and our room was not touched. Trash still in the room. No new towels or beds made. Then we ask the front desk for water and the lady tells me only floors 8-9-10 get water. "Because they pay more". We have to go down stairs and purchase the water. Horrible service an we have very high Marriott status. We only stay at Marriotts and have been for 15 years.

  This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to a large variety of bars and restaurants including the Power and Light District. On site parking ramp is easy and connected to the hotel. Pay for parking using an app in the ramp. Staff is very friendly and it us a pretty typical Courtyard room.
