Mae Explorera month agoWhat i love the most of this hotel is you cannot pass the main door if you're not a guest or you don't have the room key. Its a safety measure i love the most. no by standers allowed roaming in. The place was so cozy. Very clean and tidy. I liked the ambiance and peaceful. The lobby you can feel like you can think outside the box.lol. The buffet was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Well trained in customer service. A little note. Can you pls. Upgrade the pillows to soft ones. Thank you
Ariel Watson2 weeks agoDuring my work trip, Sunny, the hotel receptionist, was incredibly helpful. She made the check-in process seamless and guided me to my room. The hotel itself is wonderful, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend staying here.
Mallory Deckard2 months agoPERFECT except a little noisy at night due to nearby bars. I stayed here 2 nights for work. The beds and pillows are incredibly plush & comfy (just like other Marriotts), the rooms are upscale, clean & spacious, and the staff have all been so kind. Everything has been really impressive, and I know they can’t help the noise, but wanted to let future travelers know. Maybe ask for a room that doesn’t face the street? I was also a little disappointed there wasn’t a microwave in my room, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. All in all a great stay!
Matthew Krohn6 months agoHotel was ok. Bar staff was great. Christmas decor was fun and unexpected. Room was odd. Bathroom was not private at all. Sitting on the toilet you can be seen through the glass door. No privacy at all. Same with the shower. Fine if alone but traveling with someone else it sucks. Shower walls I. A see that but the toilet? No one wants to watch that. Is this prison? Also the lighting is too dim for the wife to get ready.
Becky Dagendesha month agoHotel was great! Stayed for a ball game. Sunny made check in easy, rooms were spacious and very clean. Todd the bartender was fantastic. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
