The rental of the Chase Mill includes all 3 floors, adjacent lawn space, patio, amphitheater, and future deck that is under construction as we speak. The indoor space can seat about 150 if they are using all 3 levels and the lawn outside can seat about 130. If there is more standing or it is an open house event we have had events be as large as 300 people. Any add-ons such as tables, chairs, etc. are available for rent and pricing can be found in the contract as well. Even though linens are an option as an add-on we have decided to stop that service and have partnered with a company called Specialty Linens instead.

The Grand Summit Conference Center boasts more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, capable of hosting groups as large as 600 or as few as five. The Kokopelli Ballroom measures nearly 6,000 square feet and may be divided into three sections.
