My first time ever here was last night for a playoff game, I was EXTREMELY impressed. This arena is much better than LCA in Detroit. Seats were comfy, view was great. Ushers and staff I encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. The in game experience was awesome too, from the giveaways to the theatrics and lighting. I really appreciated the closed captioning on one of the screens. There are a lot of parking lots in walking distance.
It was our first time in Cleveland, and I was really impressed with Rocket Arena. We came in from out of town and had the chance to watch Game 2 of the Raptors vs. Cavaliers, and the whole experience was fantastic. We had a private suite, which made the game even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated how welcoming everyone was. The people in Cleveland were so sweet and kind, and all of the staff at Rocket Arena deserve a big thank you. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and made the experience even better. I enjoyed every minute of the arena and the game. Rocket Arena left a great impression on us, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cleveland for an event or game.
I came to watch the Cavs game that was fun and exciting. I had a good time even though I'm an Atlanta Hawks fan. Look forward to coming back to the arena sooner than later. Maybe to even see the Atlanta Hawks play the Cleveland cavaliers this Wednesday in Rocket Arena. Good food, good environment, newer technology. Just a good experience overall! I had a great time!
Arrived and sitting in my seat within 15minutes. Security and ticket check was very efficient and quick. Everyone was polite and helpful to a sold out ECF game. Bathrooms were clean, consession was quick and food was hot. We had great seats and an excellent view. I highly recommend Rocket Arena for a Cavs game or any show.
I was offered tickets to preview to me what it would be like to be a season ticket holder. I was considering it but I had to complain about the shitty free tickets I drove 5 hours for. I was told I could go on the court with my son but we weren’t even allowed to touch it. We ordered food to our seats waited over an hour. The season tickets were almost 40,000 for what I’d consider the treatment we got in no way matched the amount of money they were attempting to recruit. I felt disrespected that it was a pre season game at half capacity and we weren’t even offered courtside seats that were empty. Had we I may be a season holder at this moment
Bottom line
Rocket Arena suits events that match its capacity and space profile in Cleveland. Use the figures above to check your headcount and room needs, then confirm dates, setup and pricing directly.
