Marie Folsom3 months agoWe stayed here for two nights with our 8 year old son. He absolutely loved the room and the pool. He asked if we could move in! Im actually shocked by some of these other reviews. The hotel is clean, decorated nicely and best of all the beds and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast, coffee and water with fruit in the lobby was fantastic. We ordered a burger and salad from the bar one evening. The staff was all very pleasant and the parking garage felt very safe.
Swiley Mokiloa month agoFirst time at this location. The staff were friendly. The first day in my party was a little upset because the pool was under maintenance. The rooms were great especially having stoves and fridges for extras. Breakfast was good, my kids definitely wanted bacon but I'm sure it's only on certain days. The amenities were convenient and my spouse and I had fun teaching our kids how to play pool and shuffleboard. Parking was a little steep at 19/night but understandable for the area.
Andres David Sevilla2 months agoThe staff was great Ana at the front desk was super helpful and kind, she's lovely. She provide options for restaurants and also recommended how to use the public transportation which was very convenient to visit downtown Seattle. The mattress was not really the best for us is too hard. And the pillows too soft. Is just my opinion. The pool is great. My only concern is that the main entrance is too dirty a lot of cigarettes buts apparently no one swipe the area it was the same the whole stay. Will be back!
Brannon Zahand4 months agoThe first time I stayed here was wonderful; I had great service, the room was clean and spacious, and the location ideal. The second time I stayed, it was an entirely different experience. When I went to check in, I realized I had lost my wallet. I offered to show them my reservation in their app, digital ID, a picture of my driver's license, and even exchange phone/email messages to confirm I was who I said I was. (I had already paid for the hotel through the app.) I also offered to use "Tap-to-Pay" to put down a deposit for incidentals or damage to the room. That was unacceptable as well. I was told that, due to fraud, they had put policies in place that prevented them from helping me. Luckily, I was able to backtrack and find my wallet, so I was able to check in a few hours later. But when I sent a message to the hotel about my experience, I was again told that they were "just following policy." Life events happen. Thank God I wasn't traveling with my kids. The fact that they weren't willing to work with me at all was incredibly disappointing, especially since I stay frequently at Marriott properties. So, I can't recommend this hotel.
Kelly Lam7 months agoOur family stayed at the Residence Inn Bellevue for three months, and it truly felt like home. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed especially full size kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The hotel is clean, modern, and well taken care of, which made our long stay so comfortable. A huge thank-you to Anna at the front desk — she always greeted us with a big smile and treated us like family. She was so kind and patient with our little one, which meant a lot to us. We also want to thank Blanca and Hugo at the breakfast bar. They were so friendly every morning and always made sure we were taken care of — especially our little one, who loved seeing them each day! Everyone here made our stay special, and we’re so grateful for their warmth and hospitality. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again, we’ll definitely come back to the Residence Inn!
