Great music venue. Just be aware of the seating if you are not familiar because if you aren't aware of paid preference seating you will be told to move. Overall good experience!

It’s been more than 10 years since I’ve been to see a concert at Jacob’s Pavilion previously known as Tower City Amphitheater. It’s so much nicer than it was back then. I love that you can purchase seats if you want don’t want to stand. The only negative I’ll say is that we purchased seats that were over $90 and they would not let us go down and stand in the general admission area, which makes no sense. They had plenty of food and beverage stands so there wasn’t long lines. And I want to give a huge shout out to the women attendants in the women’s restroom. They kept things running smoothly, even though there were many issues. They were letting everyone know which stalls were broken and holding doors for women that weren’t locking and keeping things clean and tidy. They were truly doing God‘s work and we appreciate them!!!!! And also we were seated in the third row in the grandstand and I want to give another shout out to the female manager that would not let general admission people sit in the first two VIP rows. She went right up to them and told them they could not sit there. I love to see people doing their job well.

While the seats were a little tight for my son who is greater than 6 feet tall, the venue was amazing with easy parking, excellent sound and wonderful views of the waterway activities.

Easy to park. Kind of small venue but amazing view of the water. Had an amazing time at the T-Pain Concert 10/8

Loved the vibes, the views are great. Stunningly beautiful, and fun. Beers are $14-16, and other mixed drinks were $25. So expensive. Parking was $25. Seating on the other hand was not great. We were in section 4 and it was cramped. People’s knees in your back and your knees in other peoples back. If you happens to be a larger person, forget about it. There’s no room at all. It’s like a can of sardines. Also people are so close and it’s so loud, they are just screaming in your ears. You can even enjoy the concert. Before the concert we were sent an email about upgrading, boy do I regret not taking it.
