  The front desk crew/amenities services departments were phenomenal! I called to set up a birthday amenity for my mother-in-law and not only were they very nice, but they also exceeded my request and made it better than before. Big thumbs up to those two teams specifically for going above and beyond!

  This is such a great experience hotel, plus no parking fee (the original reason I picked this on). The staff HERE ARE FABULOUS! The front desk made sure my points were applied correctly, the breakfast closed at 10, I never am late but first for everything, today I was and went down at 9:58 and breakfast was still there! At 10 they came out to pickup, but saw me and 2 others getting food, so waited 10 min. SO APPRECIATE!! I've been to many hotels where this does not happen. Also housekeeping, most hotel are nice here and the lady told me no rush (I technically have another 2 hours, but didn't tell front desk nor housekeeping, as I was planning to be gone by normal checkout, but still here). THESE MINOR THINGS TO THEM- ARE HUGE TO THE CUSTOMER. SO IM WRITING THIS REVIEW. DECREASE STRESS AND LOVELY PLACE! Will definately stay here everytime im in Seattle area.

  Really wanted to give 5 stars but they have those motion detector thermostats where it shuts off if there is no movement in the room. Woke up multiple times in the night to a hot room. Other than that, the hotel was excellent in every way. However, I would choose elsewhere based on this. Shouldn't sacrifice comfort to save a few bucks on energy.

  I live locally and stayed here at two different one week time frames. I was in between a sold home and moving into my new home and wanted something close to actually living at home. Rooms had kitchens and full size refrigerators. Good breakfast morning. After coming and going a couple of times, I realize what a good location this is to go anywhere. If you are more than two people you can get onto the freeway from the carpool lane and within 10 minutes you’re in downtown Seattle. Extremely easy access to I-90 regardless of carpool status. This is a nice alternative to staying in DT Seattle, and parking is included. Lastly, ALL the staff I encountered here, from front desk, in the halls, in the dining hall, and housekeeping, are so friendly and pleasant. If for nothing else, I would come back here just to interact with these people.

  The first night we stayed in the room everything seemed okay. The next morning both of our sons complained about how uncomfortable the sofa bed was and that it smelled. Upon lifting up the bed to my surprise the most disturbing/ disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The sofa bed is so dirty and seems to be molding. The longer we stayed the more we noticed. Very dirty light above shower in the bathroom. Obvious major leaks from the roof that looked like someone unprofessional fixed. Lots of wear around the room. We try not to nit pick things but especially the sofa bed just absolutely unacceptable. We now for four days had to share our bed with both of our sons because no way were they sleeping or sitting on that. The drawers on the dresser just stayed opened. This room needs some serious attention and a new sofa bed like last year. The staff cleaning the rooms were amazing we had to get extra pillows and blankets since we were all now sharing one bed. The staff did a good job with breakfast in the morning was about one of the only positives of our stay. I don’t believe we would ever stay at this location again and someone from corporate should reach out to us to address this matter further.
