Greta S.a month agoWe hired Host Events Pte Ltd for our son’s 2nd birthday party and had a great experience. We rented a bouncy castle and a little ball pit pool - both were compact and the perfect size for our function room. What really stood out was the beautiful calm pastel colour palette, which was surprisingly hard to find with other companies. Everything looked so aesthetically pleasing and suited our party theme perfectly. Overall, good service and smooth experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for kids’ parties!
michelle3 months agoi organised a corporate event at Host Events on March 7th, securing the space two months in advance. The venue was beautiful, and I loved that it had plenty of natural sunlight. the event was for a party of 20, and the atmosphere was lovely and cozy. it was easy to find, with ample parking options available in the area. working with a very tight budget, i reached out to Emma to see if she could provide any decor options that would work within my financial constraints. she offered several creative suggestions, which i appreciated. however, i ultimately decided to take on the decorating myself to stay within budget. Emma, Shah and team were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. on the day of the event, Emma kindly provided a vase of fresh flowers to enhance the decor, which added a lovely touch to the corporate gathering.
Shefali Lala year agoWorking with Emma was the best decision I made for my son’s birthday party. I was due to deliver my second child just 10 days after the party and she made it absolutely hands free, to a point where I was convinced that even if I went into early labour, Emma would ensure it would all happen! She takes time and effort to understand your needs, and transformed the Host space beyond my wildest expectations! She threw herself into the theme completely and painstakingly spent time to make my every dream into a reality. Coupled with some of the best mini desserts - you really need not look further than Emma for your needs. Aside from Emma, Adam was also extremely responsive and helped to book external vendors and even run down to pick up ice on the day of the party when I was running behind. The space itself is well sized with natural light pouring in. There is flexibility in arranging the furniture to your needs and creating a bespoke event. I truly enjoyed working with the Host Team and would look no further for my next event in Singapore!
Raj Bhangu2 years agoEmma has been our go to planner for all Our parties. She has the most creative way of pulling together any theme. Her style is very elegant and fun. Emma takes time to understand your needs. She is wonderful at sourcing new items too. The cakes and cookies are the best in Singapore. Everyone went back for more. The availability of soft play toys and other toys helped create a lovely play area for our daughter’s 1st birthday. The pastel and soft tones are just what we wanted. You honestly are in the best hands when it comes to events and parties with Emma and her team. She will make the occasion one to remember.

The venue itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There were also several thoughtful touches, like the bouquet for the cake table, a designated area for gifts and a cozy space for quieter conversations. The flexibility of the space allowed us to customize the layout to fit our needs, and the venue's central location made it easy for guests to attend. Overall, it was a great experience and made the celebration truly memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host an event — whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or any other special occasion!
