N B5 months agoJohn did an excellent job on our deck rebuild. Not only did we replace our deck, but we added additional space and a screened in porch as well. John was easy to work with and adjusted as needed. I would highly recommend him for your deck build.
Donna Forka year agoJohn did an excellent job replacing the flooring on our deck. He gave us a very reasonable quote, arrived when he said that he would, and worked until the job was completed. He replaced some rotten flashing that was not originally visible and also a few other smaller jobs that I discovered while he was working. He also came back at my request after the job was completed to replace part of our planters on the deck because they looked pretty bad compared to the great looking new decking. I highly recommend Evergreen Decks and will be calling them again in the future when the need arises.

He offered creative ideas while making sure everything fit our needs and budget. The whole process felt easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Jason!
Lee Smith3 years agoI contacted Evergreen (John) a few weeks ago and was first impressed by the fact he showed up for the estimate meeting exactly when we'd scheduled; this is a big deal for me. Within 24 hours I had a very reasonable estimate and a plan for how to proceed. From there, John kept me informed with each and every element of the plan and in-between all the rain, did the initial prep by cleaning and power washing -- as an aside, they did the siding that borders the deck and it looks awesome! -- and even though he had to contend with a couple very wet weeks he nevertheless kept to the plan. Finally, we had a couple dry (hotter than . . .) days and, once again, good to the letter of his word, John, sanded, prepped and gave the deck 2 coats of my choice in stain. I've dealt over the years with a great many service providers, contractors, etc. and have all too often been disappointed: not so here. I can say with no reservations whatsoever, that John and Evergreen Decks is the best I've ever encountered anywhere. I'll be using him in the near future for another deck project and fully intend to have him back in 3-5 years to redo this deck. Best ever and, again, thank you, John for everything; beginning to end, the best.
