Ze Xiong4 months agoThis is my bad experience with Delta at the Fort-Lauderdale airport. The Delta ticketing staff at the Fort-Lauderdale terminal was very rude. My family was just trying to get our 5 luggage's checked in, the ticking machine broke after printing the first 2 labels so we had no option but to go to the desk for help. The ticking agent did not greet us with a hello but greeted us with a look of annoyance and then she commented as to why we were in line without our bags tagged? After we told her what happen she printed out the rest of the luggage tags and then commented on how we had applied the labels incorrectly on the first 2 pieces of luggage. I have never been so rudely treated or felt so poorly treated just to get my bags checked in. After we got boarded on the plane, the air condition unit was having difficulties and so we were stuck on the tarmac for an hour and had to deplane and we were issued some food vouchers but none of the Delta staff had let us know at the time about the food vouchers and so we spent our own money getting food for or family. We only knew about the food vouchers after we landed at our final destination airport and I checked my emails and saw the notification email. It would of been nice to have used the vouchers when we need them. I have been a Delta sky member since 2007. Hopefully this is just a one-off but I expect more from Delta.

Elizabeth Kaffenbergera year agoI LOVED living at Laurel Curve! It is a very safe apartment and extremely pet friendly. The fenced in dog park is a great amenity, and the office staff is quick to respond and very helpful!
