  I checked in 3:45 pm and was told my room wasn't ready despite the 3:00 guaranteed check in time. I booked an Executive King Suite 3 months ago. I asked when it would be ready and did not receive a response, instead the woman at the desk told her co-worker to put me in room 205 which is definitely not an Executive King Suite. I went back to the desk at 7 am today and was told my room still wasn't available but the young man said he'd have the manager call me. No one did. Absolutely not to Marriott standards. I'm extremely disappointed in this hotel in particular but also in the complete lack of customer care. Additionally, the room sounds as if I'm on a motor speedway. With earplugs in and a sound machine on I could still hear racing traffic in the middle of the night as well as every door in the hallway opening and closing. The positive - location is convenient.

  Really enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard. High standard of gym equipment, better than most. Room seems to have been refreshed at least semi-recently and not showing signs of wear. Light fittings are all individually switched and can be tricky to find the switches for which is a little inconvenient but when that's the nit you find to pick, you're probably doing ok! Bed mattress also maybe towards the latter half of its life, and/or a little firm.

  Terriana, a supervisor at the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown, was kind and professional with us during a family stay over the winter holidays. She made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is also a great choice if you want a walkable stay in Bellevue, within .5 miles of Bellevue Square and very close to the 405 freeway. It’s in a prime location near downtown Bellevue, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is also within range of the free ride service called Bellhop (which is available through the Circuit app) and close to the downtown light rail station- very convenient for visiting the area. Thank you, Terriana, for going above and beyond and making our holiday experience smoother. I recommend this Courtyard Marriott in downtown Bellevue for its customer service and location.

  I stayed at this Courtyard for 17 nights while relocating to Seattle, and it was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel-wide heating system failed during my stay. Despite the freezing temperatures, I had to change rooms three times in a single day. Rather than showing empathy, the female manager was extremely rude and dismissive. When I requested two bottles of water on a day when room service was unavailable (they only offer it every other day), she showed visible anger and acted as if I were a burden. The most concerning part was the lack of integrity. When I decided to check out early because the heaters were still down, the manager lied and said she couldn't refund the remaining nights because I booked through a third party. It wasn't until the tension escalated and her colleague had to step in to calm her down that the refund was finally processed. This proved she was initially lying just to be difficult. After 17 days, I didn't feel like a valued guest; I felt like I was walking on eggshells around a manager who clearly does not belong in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  So much good, so much disappointment. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly enough, no complaints but not pleasant either. Food at in house “restaurant” also served in the bar was pretty good, I had fish and chips. Although this hotel overlooks Louis Vuitton, Prada and Hermes they choose to serve red wine cold and in dollar store glasses. If your into wine bring your own, they lost me at the $12 cold Malbec. Let’s be honest, we come for the overall experience and this isn’t the place. Bummer
