Charming hotel, with lovely engaged and interested team of employees. We felt very welcomed there. The gorgeous room (that we were in) was small, but efficiently set up. We were there for one night so that did not concern us. If you have a longer stay with more luggage, you may want to call to choose the room right for you. The bed was so comfortable. We did not try out the restaurant or bar, but would definitely return to do so. The only advice I have for women is to bring a lighted makeup mirror because you will need it.

Front desk service was great. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room itself was fairly clean in general. The ceiling HVAC filter was heavily dusty so I had to ask to get the filter replaced. There were a few holes in the bedsheets near the top. The cabinet fridge was having condensation issues and was dripping inside the cabinet. The shower curtain was far too long so it was pooling on the floor, unable to dry properly. When fabrics can't dry quickly enough, mold will grow. The bathroom had a funky smell after a shower. I told the front desk that the shower curtain needs to be replaced with a one that fits. The initial response was to fold the curtain on the inside and hold it in place with clothespins. Awesome. So now when a person would shower, the water would fall into these newly formed pockets and pool there. 🤦‍♀️ They said that they had a shorter curtain but it was way too short when it was installed. Like, 3 feet above the floor. So that meant water splashing all over the bathroom floor. There was also a bulge in the water line for the showerhead, so that was weird and concerning. There is no ice machine on any of the floors, you have to go to the restaurant to get it. I'm not saying the whole experience was bad. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is unique and fun. The staff were generally great. There is just room for improvement.

Outstanding stay in Cleveland! This hotel is perfectly located near downtown attractions, restaurants, and entertainment, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable—the bed was excellent, and the shower had great water pressure (a huge plus after a long day). The overall design and decor of the hotel felt upscale and well thought out. Customer service really stood out. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything we needed. Valet service was smooth and efficient, making arrival and departure hassle-free. We also loved the bar—creative cocktails that actually taste as good as they look. It added a fun, high-end touch to the experience. Security was noticeable in a good way, especially in the evenings, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. For the price, this hotel delivers excellent value. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Cleveland with great service and amenities, I highly recommend it.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland. The entire experience felt thoughtfully curated from start to finish. The hotel has this amazing balance of being both quaint and elevated, it feels intimate without sacrificing any sense of luxury. The decor is absolutely pristine. Every detail feels intentional, from the textures to the finishes, creating a space that’s both stylish and inviting without being overdone. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable but also impressed. The food was just as memorable! Everything was so good! If you’re looking for a boutique-style hotel that’s well-designed, welcoming, and delivers on quality across the board, Fidelity Hotel is a standout. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I encountered several issues at Fidelity during my visit. First, I would like to note that the hotel is beautifully designed and very quaint. It has so much personality and I was looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, it appears someone forgot to fully change my bedding before my arrival. The pillow case smelled like the previous guest, and the bed was missing sheets. I didn't realize this until I came back late from an event (welcome dinner for a wedding I was traveling in for). I moved the used pillows to the side, and asked the front desk to please change the bedding. This was around 9:30am. When I returned to the hotel (around 2pm, I saw my sheets were getting changed. This was great, except that I needed to get ready to get on the bus going to the wedding by 3pm. I was able to get into the room at 2:20 but was very rushed and late for the bus which thankfully waited for me. When I returned from the wedding I was thirsty and went to look for the wedding gift bag that was given out at the reception dinner which had some gifts, snacks and water. The gift bag was gone. In its place was an ironing board and steamer which I had not requested. My room was perhaps mistaken for a different guest's room who was perhaps checking out and maybe that's why the bag was taken (thinking I had checked out???) Regardless, I was disappointed in the stay. I think the most basic expectations for a hotel are clean sheets and items not being removed from your room. For a hotel like Fidelity my expectations would be even higher. I mentioned these issues with the front desk in the morning and they said someone from the hotel would call me to try to make things right. I never got a call.
