NKN Na year agoWe were there on 05/10/2025 for a graduation party. This place is absolutely beautiful. There is so much to do, and it's a great place to entertain friends and family. There is a dock where you are able to bring your own boat, but it must meet their guidelines. The facilities are spacious and clean. Depending on your rental agreement, you are able to stay in the house by the lake. This is a great place for family reunions, weddings, ect.

The views, especially around sunset, make for incredible photos and a truly memorable atmosphere. The layout of the venue flows seamlessly from ceremony to reception, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for guests. It strikes a great balance between relaxed and elegant. From our perspective at Wichita DJ Professionals, this is a fantastic venue to work in. The space allows for a high-energy dance floor, and there’s plenty of room for our Photo Booth so guests can have fun and capture memories throughout the night. The staff is friendly, organized, and easy to work with, helping ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Coriaunna Little3 months agoMe and my fiancé came by to check out the property to see if we would EVEN be INTERESTED in renting the venue. Gate was open so we drove through. Owner then closes the gate & waits till we drive through the whole place to stand in front of our car as we’re exiting & ask “can I help you?” - we explain we’re looking as an engaged couple. Owner then states “ this is private property so let me know next time.” - unless I misread no where does it say private property online. Owner was not friendly. Will not be booking.
Donald Duart5 years agoBrightWater Bay is a beautiful place for your next party event or whatever you are planning for. The Venue building is very well designed for your event needs. Has garage doors on the lower level that can open up to enlarge your party room. While facing out to the beautiful bay of water. Where fishing, boating, and just splashing along the shoreline can be enjoyed! They have outdoor activities that are ready for your enjoyment!! This was my first time to visit and I was very impressed and surprised with BrightWater Bay! This place is a must check out for your next event!!
Mary Kate & Company4 years agoBrightWater Bay Event Venue was the perfect place for our workplace end-of-year celebration. We had so much fun and Maddie was so easy to work with! I would recommend this location - very clean, very nicely decorated and a beautiful view of the lake!
