Things 2 Do in Minnesota3 months agoHad a great experience at Beem Light Sauna downtown! I received a complimentary 60-minute sauna session and really enjoyed it. The space was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. I especially loved the private sauna rooms. It gave me the perfect opportunity to fully unwind and reset. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very informative, which made the experience even better. They’re currently offering a May special for an unlimited sauna package, and I’ll definitely be signing up. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, stress-free environment to recharge!
David Denker3 months agoI cannot say enough positive things about Anne and her team at the Beem location in Minneapolis. I've used the sauna and red light therapy multiple times a week for the past several months and each time I leave feeling great and physically refreshed. More importantly, the team's positive, helpful and professional attitude further enhances the experience. Finally, the facility itself is immaculate, calming, and welcoming, which rounds out a sauna setting that I'll continue to recommend to everyone! Keep up the great work and services, team!

The interchangeable treatment lights, the privacy, its modern chic and the outstanding staff makes you feel welcomed. Grab a healthy drink on your way out, I love the energy ones the most fueled with healthy goodies and the alertness I get from it. I’m able to walk here from my place which is another big plus. Love the app for self scheduling, etc. check them out soon!!!🙌🏽
Craig2 months agoIn a nutshell, it's real, it works and it's a fair price. I came here after a roller blading accident left me with a very large, deep road rash. I was shocked at how quickly red light therapy healed my leg. Then, hockey started. I got older, they got a lot younger. I was in rough shape the next morning. I went in for a multiple bed 45 minute session and was again amazed by my recovery. The place is new, clean and nice plus the staff is excellent. Highly recommend
Nala Kimberley6 months agoToday was my first time at Beem and the entire experience was wonderful! I had never used an infrared sauna before- it is a much more pleasant (and less intense) experience than a traditional steam sauna. Everything was super clean and modern, the owner and staff were very pleasant and informative, and the mint-fragrance cool towels were a great perk. Happy to have this business in the Mill District!
