Jeiel Noh9 months agoMy wife and I lived at Avenir for four years, and we truly enjoyed everything about the building — from the amenities to the outstanding staff. Ryne and Manny, in particular, were always willing to help in any situation, and management was consistently accommodating and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Imani Yaegar6 months agoOk this review is for THE LOFTS at Avenir, and for the people who live here. When I tell you that they do not CARE about us on this side of the building. They apparently made this new section of Avenir to completely disregard its residents at this side of the building even though we’re paying more. The INSULATION of the building ATROCIOUS. When I tell you that the noise and SOUNDS are absolutely shocking, you can hear everything from next door or upstairs. They clearly didn’t care to pay proper construction of this building. The mailroom, you people decided to leave us stranded with no security for our mail, so packages are left outside. And deliveries are left outside. And speaking of security, you decided it’s ok for the second entry into the apartments to not have fobs so anyone can pretty much get into the building and have access to our apartments even though elevators in the main building had security fob access for different floors. This is a HUGE SAFETY RISK. You people clearly don’t care about us at this side of the building and it’s embarrassing.
joy whalen11 months agoLiving at Avenir has been such a wonderful experience! The staff here is truly amazing all around. The maintenance team is always so friendly, quick, and efficient, and the community spaces are kept spotless. Everyone I’ve encountered has been kind and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight Ryne and Angelique; they go above and beyond every single time. Seeing them genuinely puts a smile on my face, and their positive energy makes living here impeccable. The top-notch service and care I’ve received make me never want to leave. Highly recommend Avenir!
Sophia Moders11 months agoI’ve lived here about a month now and only have great things to say. I signed my lease THAT DAY and the staff made it smooth sailing to move in. Angelique is one of the front desk concierge and she immediately recognized me as the new tenant when I walked in. She proceeded to get us all set up with the elevator (no time slot needed, or time regulations) and made it so simple and stress free. Angelique and all the other staff here (shoutout Ryan) take time to remember our names and great my partner and I each morning or night. It’s so heartwarming to have such welcoming staff here. It truly feels like a home!

The staff really takes care of everything—maintenance is quick, the building stays clean, and the concierge team always looks out for you and bring great energy every time I see them. Big shoutout to Sam—he’s on overnight, so he’s usually the one I see the most, after work. Always solid, always respectful, and always has encouraging words during our encounters. The people here make this place feel like home.
