  Stayed here for 3 nights. Arrived on early morning flight and was offered to either pay an extra night or to upgrade the room to check in immediately. Opted for the upgrade- i would recommend not wasting your money on this as many of the promised ' benefits' never materialise. No walking tour offered, no welcome tea ceremony offered, turndown service underwhelming. On the upside The hotel is beautiful and serene and very well located. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. I had a premier king room- the space was adequate but I think the smaller rooms may be a bit tight. Welcome snacks included and appreciated. The bathrooms are beautiful and have Japanese toilets! Only negative- breakfast is incrediblly underwhelming. Skip it rather as there are so many great food places in the vicinity

  Great location, walkable to many restaurants in the area with a metro station not too far away. The rooms are TINY but functional and well maintained. We had two nights to transit in Singapore so booked the Clan at the start and end of our 10 day SEA trip. Overall, a good hotel for a night or two at a fair price, but far too small for longer periods. Where things fell short. The check in process could have been more efficient, it took a long time to check in, so lots of waiting during peak hours. The staff seemed overwhelmed, also not too friendly. On our last day, the elevators were malfunctioning with 1 out of 4 elevators completely out of service. There was also a corporate event going on, so it became really crowded and chaotic. It’s a one off, but something management could have handled better in the main areas to avoid over crowding. Note: the entrance is very awkward, there are 6 or 7 steps from the taxi drop off to the main area. Someone did assist us with luggage upon arrival, but we were left to our own devices during check out.

  I stayed at The Clan Hotel in Singapore for a week during a work trip and really enjoyed my stay overall. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-designed, making it easy to relax after long working days. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which had a great atmosphere and amazing views of the city. The hotel location was also excellent, very convenient for getting around Singapore, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and public transport. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. The only downside for me was the breakfast, as the variety of options was somewhat limited and could be improved, especially for guests staying longer periods. Overall, I would still definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Singapore.

  It’s my second time staying here and I would say it’s one of the best hotels in singapore! A big part of that was thanks to receptionist MIKE. From the moment I arrived, he was professional and incredibly helpful. He’s willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect and even upgraded both of my rooms as it’s my sister’s birthday! The hotel feels luxurious and the rooms were really clean and comfortable! Not to forget the mrt station is just beside the hotel. There’s also a food court called Lau Pa Sat around the corner and there’s many trendy cafes nearby too. Highly recommended and Mike deserves a raise😄🫶🏻💯

  First time in Singapore, so I haven't got anything local to compare this hotel to. Check in was efficient, but not overly friendly. Room was very well firnished, bed very comfortable, black out curtains and very quiet. Bathroom was exceptional, loved the grey tile styling, excellent rain shower and a Japanese style toilet. We were very happy with our room. Check out was more friendly. We looked at the pool area, which was nice, but quite small, so research this if you are a pool person. We were not offered any help with luggage at either check in or check out, but presumambly available if you ask. Location is superb, literally seconds from the nearest MRT. Would I stay here again ... yes.
