Nico Polk6 months agoBus 12 Lafayette tailgated me down W Kalamazoo during a snowstorm today on 1/21/26. I have a very small car and cannot go above 25mph in a storm like this. I turned my hazards on so they could pass or maybe stop following me so closely, but the bus continued to be on my tail until I turned onto another street. My car was visibly struggling with the effort to put some distance between me and Bus 12. The driver should be fired, have their permit taken away, and honestly probably arrested!!!!!!!!!!!! This is Michigan, I know you know how a winter storm works. You are going to get somebody killed one day, and you will live with that blood on your hands forever. Your kids and family will always remember you for the life that you took from your recklessness and carelessness. Kalamazoo Metro is a joke.
Brian Tuer4 months agoMetro connect is the worst service that Kalamazoo offereds they have been be late 3 time to work and when I decided to take the bus service I had Metro connect setup for Saturday it did not pick me up falsify paperwork and said that we were at your house we didn't know that you wanted a ride I say no it was never scheduled DO NOT TAKE THIS
Tamika Williams6 months agoI caught the Patterson bus downtown at 10am waiting on the egleston bus which was super late making everyone late to their destination thinking we're gonna leave at 10.30 when it got here just to have to wait till 11.15am to leave is not right y'all need to do better

Taylor Crossa year agoSean McBride, you need to get it together and streamline the bus routes like you promised you would three years ago, especially Centre and Romence bus routes, as I find them too complicated and confusing. Until you follow through with your plan to fix them, I won’t be going out to the deeper parts of Portage via bus. Also, extend your operations for all seven days a week to nearly 24/7. There are plenty of us who need to get to and from work, regardless of how early or late it is, including weekends, as well as public and bank holidays. Thank you.
