Float Seattle

Float Seattle offers an immersive and rejuvenating experience with floating, also known as sensory deprivation or R.E.S.T. (Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy). During a 60-minute session in one of our spacious float tanks, you’ll effortlessly float in water infused with 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt, promoting deep relaxation and recovery. The weightlessness, combined with darkness and quietude, helps ease you into a meditative, dreamlike state.

At select locations, we also offer additional wellness services, including infrared saunas, cold plunge, and Red/NIR light therapy. With studios in SLU, Greenwood, Greenlake, Bellevue, and Renton Landing, our clean, welcoming spaces and knowledgeable staff ensure that every session leaves you refreshed and rejuvenated. Whether you’re overstimulated and stressed, a wellness advocate, a meditator, an athlete, or someone dealing with chronic pain or injury recovery, we’re here to help you feel your best. Let us lift you up!
