Fairmont Royal York

The Fairmont Royal York is a historic Chateauesque luxury hotel opened in 1929 at 100 Front Street West, on the south edge of Toronto's Financial District directly across from Union Station. It offers roughly 1,360 guest rooms and 36 meeting and function spaces, anchored by the Canadian Room (theatre for up to ~1,660). The hotel connects to Toronto's PATH underground network and sits a short walk from Union Station (TTC Line 1 and UP Express to Pearson Airport). Following a major heritage retrofit, it achieved Zero Carbon Building certification in 2023.
