Kyle N5 months agoExperience was good. Breakfast was great. Room walls are very thin, thin enough to here people snoring next door. There was one big issue though.... Woke up with a headache and stuffy nose.... Opened up the blinds to get some light and noticed an insane amount of mold on the windows.... Windows are old aluminum/metal style windows which are notorious for condensation, but you can tell no one has bothered to look or clean this for a very long time. Notified worker when checking out, hopefully it's fixed. Not great for people who are sensitive to mold.
Scott Lasatera month agoRude staff. Arrived to eat breakfast at 6:25am. Everything was out and ready but some nasty staff member said "We're not open yet sir!" very nasty tone. When I said, "You want me to wait 5 minutes?" She said, in another snotty tone, "I guess you can go ahead." I got coffee and headed for checkout. I think the words she should have been looking for were "Good morning sir!"
Kay Kay2 months agoWatch out for Steve at the front desk! Booked a room for a trip with my kid. Specifically called and asked if it was ok that my daughter would be checking in before me as we were travelling separately. I was told it was fine, just put in a message that she will be checking in earlier. Steve at the front desk apparently was very rude to her and refused to let her check in. So much so that when my daughter gave her driver's ID he kept checking it with a magnifying glass! I was at work planning to meet her later and couldn't answer her phone. Since she didn't know what to do and had nowhere else to go, she decided to drive back home - a 2.5 hour drive! Now our father daughter trip is cancelled because of this Steve. We have been Marriott customers for years and have never seen such rude, egregious and callous behavior like this Steve. He actually thought it would be fine to have her wait for hours in the parking lot!! My daughter was so shaken, she couldn't even speak when she finally got a hold of me. If they had a policy that 18-year-olds can't check in without the adult, they should have told me that when I specifically called and asked. This was extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!

Steve went above and beyond to make sure our stay be pleasant at this hotel. Thank you very much, Steve, we enjoyed our stay and your service!! Wish more people like you worked at hospitality industry.
Debra Hernandez5 months agoGreat location. Hotel is spotless and staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. We would stay here again!!!
