I’m giving two stars only because the place has a cute, kid-friendly interior. But the staff simply don’t listen to what customers ask for! They just do the haircut however they want. I clearly explained what I wanted at the beginning and even double-checked to make sure she understood. She said, “Yes, we’ll do it the way you asked.” I also showed a photo of the haircut. It was a very simple request — to leave the length on top because my child’s hair has beautiful natural curls. Unfortunately, we ended up with a terrible haircut. Even my kid said, “I look like a rooster.” I’m really disappointed.
We had a wonderful experience. My daughter got the most amazing heart-braid. My son usually yells during a haircut and sat perfectly still while watching a show. We will be back!
I don’t recommend getting kids’ haircuts here. Because: 1. We had an appointment, came on time, everything was closed. I called the administrator, and he said the hairdresser went to the bathroom. In the end, we waited 15 minutes, then they called us back and said they couldn’t reach the hairdresser and rescheduled us for the next day. 2. On the second day, we came, they cut my child’s hair, but it was uneven and messy. I asked them to fix it, and they said it was because he was moving — but in other places this was never a problem. Also, the hairdresser didn’t dry his hair with a blow dryer, just sent us out with wet hair. When I asked them to dry it, they said it wasn’t included. Terrible place. I admit my English isn’t perfect, but we showed them a photo, and we’ve had haircuts in different places before, including here. But these two experiences really disappointed us, and we will never come back and don’t recommend it. The people don’t know how to cut hair, and there’s no organization in their work at all. This work is absolutely not worth the money paid, let’s go redo it somewhere else. It’s the second day of frustration with this place. Don’t waste your time and money coming here.
Would give Zero stars if I could! Been a regular customer for more than 4.5 years and have used their package many times. I purchased a buy 4 get one free package in July 2025 and have used two out of 5 cuts, most recent one being September 2025. We had a terrible experience today at the Bellevue location (11/22/25). I had booked an appointment at 1.40pm with the stylist Siria Sarai using their ‘new’ booking system. This system is a one way street- you can book the appointment but not modify your appointment. The message confirmation is an automated one that gives NO information about cancellation policy either( attached images with timestamp). Life happened and we couldn’t make it to the 1.40 PM appointment. I received an automated message at 1.50pm quoting the no show and cancellation policy and that a $10 fee would be applied. I was okay with it yet wondered why we weren’t informed about it at the time of booking. My husband had booked an appointment at 2.20pm for our second child. We made it to the salon on time and as I checked in, Goha asked if we missed an appointment. I said yes and that there was no way to cancel the appointment online. She said I should’ve canceled 6 hours before my appointment time by calling them. Perhaps I should’ve time travelled 4 hours to do that. My bad! And if I had the opportunity to call and cancel leisurely, I would have which she wouldn’t accept that as an answer. She was rude and said the stylist was waiting for me and that I hadn’t let them know. I replied ‘No’ to their automated message which essentially means I communicated to them about not making to the 1.40 pm appointment. My response was at 1.51pm( screenshot attached). When we arrived for our 2.20 pm appointment ahead of time, I saw Siria sweeping a spot which means she technically didn’t wait for me and lose a customer! Goha had her ego hurt I guess so she intentionally let another person take my appointment even though we had arrived early. On asking why she said I made the stylist wait so I had to wait too. And questioned if I have two kids. Yes I do and that should no way matter to her as a service provider. If their no show policy is waiting for 5-10mins, then Goha shouldn’t have given my spot to someone else when I was right there, well ahead of time. Frustrated with her attitude towards us, I mentioned that I’ve been a long time customer and that I wouldn’t not return after the treatment we received today. She said “good”! I left the salon but remembered that I had 3 haircuts remaining in the package and wanted a refund on them. I went back to Goha and asked for a refund. She mentioned I had used 3 haircuts which I hadn’t since their system was apparently down September 24(our second haircut day) and Siria took cash from me. I remember waiting there for 10 mins to have the ‘system’ respond only to wipe all the cash we had to pay the stylist. I didn’t forget to tip her as well. Well, we were fooled on that day since we were double charged. Got to know of it only today. So after a few minutes of back and forth about my credit card number which I provided to Goha, she refunded me the cost of 2 haircuts(instead of 3) and gave me $35 cash for the one Siria had double charged me for. I hated the dishonesty and no apology was given either. She referred to me as ‘this lady’ while talking to her colleague while I was waiting for my refund. Apparently their time is the most precious while we are asked to wait on the side even when we have unresolved issues with their service. This is the first time I have gotten into an argument with someone at a store, only because Goha was rude and Siria has been dishonest. I’m sure more people are being scammed in the name of package deals and late fee. We’ve had miserable haircuts at this location in the past yet chose to come back because of some stylists that are friendly with children. Won’t return in future Btw, they still owe me $3 plus tax. Reply: Deducted 3 haircuts (38*3). Refunded (38*2) and $35 cash. I paid Siria $40 for a $33 haircut including tips! Do your math!
We have had our first haricut which is special for our son here almost 4 years back and are a regular customer and we also have purchased their package option. However, a single person Goha at the front desk ruined our experience completely and we are never going back to this place and other parents please note how messy their customer support and treatment can get when you rely on them to provide service to your kids. Recently they provided an option to book online through a new system and you get an instant automated message. When you go online to cancel for any reason they don’t give any option neither they mention of a way to cancel via text. The text message has no information on the details of cancellation policy nor the charges associated with it being provided in the text. We had to miss our appointment due to some reason so we had rebooked through my number. We reached the place for our appointment at the right time (almost 5 minutes earlier) and we notice the person Goha allowing some other to take up our spot right in front of us. When questioned they are blaming us for booking the appointment when we had no choice to cancel the first appointment ahead of time. Their text system indicated no information if this is an actively monitored number either. She purposefully blamed us for their messed up online booking system and treated us like some creep when we had both our kids with us. This is super unprofessional especially from a place and person dealing with kids. We also have complained to the 211 River Ridge Circle S, #100 Burnsville, MN 55337 office in setting up some formal training for your staff in dealing with customers. Before I get a snarky reply from the owner, your system is broken and there is no denying that. Check a booking workflow yourself and see what you get for cancellation option. If this is making your paying customer to spend time to review, it indicates the seriousness of the situation. It is extremely disrespectful in your own words to make your long term customers go through this due to your system issue. It speaks loudly of how unprofessional your staff is in handling such issues. Customer service is an art and I guess you like to provide lengthy replies to your reviews to past complaints than actually fix anything on your end.
