  Awful experience. Our family stays at Marriotts a lot, this location physically is great, however they overbooked by a lot. We had booked a 2 queen bed room, go to check in and we are told they ran out of 2 queen bed rooms and only have king bed rooms. Unfortunately we are 4 people and the pull out sofa is literally a twin mattress that barely fits our 12 year old. There are also no sheets for the sofa, only a blanket and one single terrible pillow. In addition, the TV turns off by itself constantly, basically unusable. Calls to house keeping are put on hold indefinitely, the same with calls to the front desk. The lady at the front desk is very nice but she is overwhelmed and has apparently been abandoned by herself at the front desk with a line out the door and barely any rooms to actually accommodate guests even though they have a reservation. I feel bad for her because it's not her fault. Just making the change to the king room was something that took a good 35 minutes, with calls to someone for help with a system that does not allow her to make the changes to put us in the room. Terrible. This is unacceptable. I will get in touch with customer service and request a full refund as this has been a terrible experience. What was supposed to be a relaxing night in preparation for a busy next day has turned into a very uncomfortable night sleeping 3 adults in a king bed. Honestly just stay away from this location, it appears to be understaffed and guests aren't too much of a priority. I booked through the Marriott website too, so it's not like it is some glitch through some third party booking site.

  No issues. Great location and the staff who checked us in was so nice and professional. I do wish they had free breakfast or that it went a bit later, but that's okay. We didn't have time to use the pool but I appreciated that they had one!

  Happy with my stay at this courtyard. Check in was a breeze, with very helpful employees. I was shocked that they had free coffee, normally the bistro is another revenue stream for them but here its only if you want a latte or cappuccino. Its nice that I can get a breakfast and coffee with my status instead of a $5 coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

  9/10 for sure! Staff was incredible. Every single person we encountered was very helpful and social and accommodating! The ONE thing I have to say im super disappointed in was the fact there was no breakfast for guests in the morning. We had to buy all of it from the "store" or little restaurant thing and it was a LOT of money for 4 bagels and cream cheese. Rooms tho...excellent. Location...excellent. Pool and hot tub area...excellent. STAFF?! YOU all deserve to be recognized for your work ethic. Whoever manages this hotel is doing an incredible job w training their staff and hiring the people that set the expectation bar for all other hotels so high! Well done.

  Stayed here for a business trip on March 22, 2026. The staff was great, but the room was dirty. There were stains on the mattress, and the shower was not clean. I woke up multiple times throughout the night feeling like something was crawling on me, but I was never able to find an actual bug. If you're a business traveler, do yourself a huge favor and continue on down to the SpringHill Suites on the same street, where I have rebooked our employees.
