This review is for the rooftop terrace, available to the public. The Bell Harbor Int’l Conf Center has a secret that is not widely known or not widely visited. Its rooftop terrace is available to the public whenever the center is not reserved, which is fairly often. Currently, there is construction along the steps and other parts, so it is unlikely to be rented. This is good for the peasants like us (insert cheesy grin). On a recent sunny Saturday, we ventured out to the Seattle waterfront to enjoy it before the cruise ship tourist season starts. Bell Harbor was one of the places that I want to finally visit. I was happy to see a sandwich board sign on the street indicating the terrace is open via the elevator. Despite the plentiful visitors along the rest of the waterfront, few seem to walk the extra steps northward to reach here. The labels in the elevator clearly marks level 5 to be the terrace. What a beautiful view! The entire terrace is very well maintained. The free mounted binoculars are fully functional. It is so clear that we can see the numbered flags hanging in Lumen Field. (See photo) West facing ones give clear views of West Seattle. Mount Rainier was hidden behind clouds. We are very satisfied with this free viewpoint. (See photo) Highly recommend for locals and visitors.

This has to be one of the most spectacular viewpoints in all of Seattle. While it's a conference center, the decks and surrounding areas offer a view that is second to none. The panoramic sweep of Elliott Bay from here is just breathtaking. You get a perfect, elevated view of everything that makes the waterfront iconic: the Great Wheel lighting up, the boats resting in the marina, and the downtown skyline glittering as the sun goes down. I highly recommend visiting during the "magic hour" – the time just before and after sunset. Watching the sky change colors and the city lights turn on from this vantage point is a truly magical experience. It's an ideal spot for photographers or anyone looking for a romantic, peaceful place to end the day.

TLDR;Beautiful Views, Incredible Staff, and Surprisingly Stress-Free We originally chose this venue because of the location. Since almost all of our guests were coming from out of town, being so close to the city and Seattle’s best attractions made everything feel easy and stress-free for both us and our friends and family. It ended up being the perfect way to showcase Seattle. What really made the experience exceptional though was the staff. The sales manager, event manager, chef, and everyone we worked with were incredibly flexible, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. We decided to skip a formal ceremony and instead host an extended reception that started on the rooftop before moving into the WTC space, and they fully embraced every idea we had. We also created a completely custom menu that honestly probably nobody else has ever had before, and instead of pushing back, the chef fully leaned into it and gave us a fantastic tasting experience. We DIYed many parts of the wedding, and the team was always willing to “yes and” our ideas rather than make things difficult. The venue itself also does so much of the work for you visually. The rooftop views are stunning, and the WTC space with its curved glass has so much character. Our guests constantly commented on how beautiful the venue was, and the food got rave reviews as well. Most importantly, the logistics felt incredibly easy the day of. Since the venue, furniture, food, and staff were all handled in-house, I mostly just showed up and enjoyed the wedding. We had a relatively casual multicultural wedding with about 60 people, but I honestly think this team could make any type of event feel seamless and special.

What a beautiful view and such an amazing open space the staff was so easy to work with and was able to help me find areas we could use for photos. So far one of my favorite wedding spots to photograph.
