I have been to the store on four different instances across the last 2 years and not once have I had people coming attend to me. I patiently waited for more than 30 minutes at some of those instances but never actually got a response on how much time it's going to take to attend. I understand that you might not have a lot of people attending at the store but knowing how long the waitlist is going to be and how long I have to wait will at least free up my time. It's as if AT&t does not want any customers at all and it's quite perplexing that that hasn't change the last 2 years
I purchased an AirPod from the store and attempted to return it just one week later. According to AT&T’s own published policy, Apple devices are eligible for return within 14 days with no restocking fee. When I tried to return it, the store associate told me that I had to pay 10% restoring fee. I showed the policy at the back of the receipt to the associate, he acknowledged it but said he didn’t have permission to waive the 10% restocking fee without a manager’s approval. The problem? He told me the store would not have a manager available for the next two weeks. He also couldn’t confirm whether another AT&T store could process the return, and offered no other solution other than for me to keep the device. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I followed the return policy, but the store’s lack of management presence and unwillingness to help left me stuck. AT&T needs to ensure that all locations can honor posted policies—without needing a manager who is unavailable for half a month.
I am writing this review to share my extremely frustrating experience with AT&T . In November 2024, I traded in my iPhone 13 Pro. It wasn't until November 2025 that I realized the monthly promotional credits I was promised had never been applied to my account. I visited the Bellevue AT&T store and spoke with the manager, Erik, who submitted a back-office ticket and promised to resolve the issue within 14–21 days. It has now been 14 months since my initial trade-in and almost three month since I sought help at this store. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. Instead of fixing the error made by his team, the manager eventually stopped providing updates and simply directed me to call a general loyalty department number to investigate the matter myself. The lack of accountability and communication regarding my missing credits is unacceptable. I would advise others to be very cautious when processing trade-ins with AT&T.
I'm 70 years old. I'm not very tech-savvy. Often, my attempts to get good deals end in either financial losses or emotional distress. It all started exactly the same way in this case, when I tried to buy a new phone at the suggestion of a manager at a shopping center. I paid for it, but the phone was sent to the wrong address. The payment turned out to be completely different from what the manager promised. Furthermore, they didn't send me the promised device—something like home Wi-Fi. Then I contacted AT&T at Lincoln Square. There, connectivity expert Yareli Vargas greeted me very warmly and took the burden of my problems with the phone, the payment, and the new device off my shoulders. I've already received it, and I'm happy that everything was resolved so smoothly. I sincerely thank Yareli. I thank the management of this office, and I will definitely continue to use them.
Gabriel was professional and possessed comprehensive business knowledge. My friend and I had our questions resolved well, and he was also very friendly. Even when the store was short-staffed at first, he remained super patient.
