  I have a Genius Bar appointment at 6:30pm and by the time it’s 7:05pm I’m still not being helped. However, when I step into the product area, I got immediately asked what I’m looking for. As soon as the employees in the store know that I’m not interested in buying a new product on the day but waiting for a product repair, they stopped being helpful. I’m not sure how long more I will need to wait to even just get my product inspected first. Writing this bad review, you can tell I have really waited too long and not sure what else I can do.

  Alex, who works at this store, was truly amazing. His friendly, warm, and humorous attitude made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Even though I don’t speak English very well, he was very patient with me and helped me with everything I needed. I sincerely appreciate his support and kindness.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I took my iPhone 13 Pro to this Apple Store for a battery replacement while the phone was in perfect working condition. After the repair, I later experienced water intrusion that led to multiple issues, including Face ID failure, battery detection problems, random shutdowns, and the battery percentage occasionally dropping to 1%. Because these problems started after the battery replacement, I returned to the store and expressed my concern that the device may not have been properly resealed during the repair. Instead of thoroughly addressing my concerns, I was told that I would have to pay for a replacement device and cover the cost myself. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spoke with three different employees, and all three introduced themselves as managers. Despite speaking with multiple managers, nobody took ownership of the situation or made a genuine effort to investigate my concerns. I felt dismissed rather than helped. I understand that accidents and repair issues can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Being asked to pay for what I believe may be the result of a defective repair, without any meaningful review of the situation, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have been an Apple customer for years and expected much better support when raising a legitimate concern about a repair performed by the store itself.

  cannot recommend this store—and specifically Naz—highly enough! My husband had mistakenly scheduled our appointment for the wrong day, a time when we were actually supposed to be at the doctor for a check-up for our baby. We showed up a full day early, feeling stressed and worried about how we would manage both appointments. From the moment we explained our situation, Naz was incredibly understanding and empathetic. He went above and beyond, checking every possibility and working his magic to fit us in right then and there. Thanks to his quick thinking and amazing customer service, we were able to get everything resolved at Apple without missing our baby’s important medical appointment. Naz turned what could have been a very stressful day into a wonderful experience. If you go to this location, definitely look for him. He is a true professional who actually cares about the people he serves. Thank you, Naz!"

  Excellent service! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They quickly explained the cost of replacing my iPhone battery and helped me schedule a repair appointment right away. They were also very welcoming to my dog and made sure he was comfortable while we waited. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would also recommend avoiding third-party repair shops. In my experience, they often use lower-quality replacement parts and can end up charging even more than Apple for the repair.
