Anahia month agoMy family and I have been using this company's taxis and have never had a rude driver till today. We had gotten a ride to our location, and we had an amazing driver, but since we couldn’t have phones or purses with us, we had asked them if they could pick us up at a certain time. By the time we finished what we were doing and it was time to get picked up, a kind person offered us a ride. Once we got home, we called to cancel the ride, which was only 15 minutes later. When the taxi driver answered, we told him we wanted to cancel the ride; he made a rude and disrespectful comment before hanging up. I recommend this company get better workers than snarky, immature drivers. But for the most part they always have good kind workers with amazing conversations normally
JOHN S.2 months agoThe dispatcher told me 45 minutes and 2 hours later I called back and asked him if they forgot about me and he said no we only got 2 drivers . Ok now I'm thinking your going to come get me . 2 more hours later still no driver which I'm pretty sure he did that to me because my trip was short but it was going to be up and back after I did my laundry . I said something about I should get a free ride for waiting 4 hours . And he said no just call best cab instead . I just know I have a business and I would have to give someone a discount for that . But that's being a sell out and saying if you don't like it call them instead . Don't call them crappy crappy customer service and 4 hours later and no ride !!
Chris Brault3 months agoCalled an hour and 30 mins before a movie to make sure I would not be late taxi never showed up. Called and got voice mail. I could only imagine if I had a serious appointment I needed to get to. NEVER calling them again, and was told it's $2 a mile 8 miles would of been $16, they were going to charge me $30 dollars one way. OVER PRICED AND UNRELIABLE.
Chris Daniels3 months agoEVEN THOUGH I had to cancel my ride after 90 minutes, no pickup, I will call them again. Sometimes it is unavoidably busy, but Buy Local! None of us are that important, support local small businesses!
Valeria Aguilara month agoABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not request your taxi, driver kept saying he’ll show up and it went by 30 min and he never did.
