Rasheda R Brodie4 months agoThe Xperience venue has always provided a safe environment. Each event I attended, I always had a good time. The staff is amazing, the drinks are great! S/O to Tristen who bartends and also won't hesitate to show out on the dance floor. Thanks to the owners who not only provide a space for adults to mingle but also share the spotlight with food caterers to promote their business. On top of that, their events are cultural. They throw events for the community. I look forward to many other events.

The atmosphere strikes the right balance — lively but never chaotic — making it ideal for a night out with friends or a relaxed date. The cocktails were great — clearly crafted with care and quality ingredients. The bartenders actually know their stuff and were happy to recommend something new based on what I like. What really stood out was the overall vibe: sophisticated, friendly, and drama-free. It’s the kind of place you can dress up a bit, enjoy great music
Susan Terranella4 months agoCan’t say enough about Kim and Symphony and my experience with their venue. We’ve hosted our work holiday party here for three years in a row. Always on point with details- from the food and decor to the bar and DJ- they think of everything so I don’t have to. Parking is easy in the ramp attached to City Center so you barely even have to walk outside! Our staff of 100 and their guests have never had any safety concerns at the venue or coming to and from. Until we outgrow the space- we’re going to keep coming back. On a more personal level- Kim, Bryan and Symphony have brought a vibrancy and nightlife back to downtown Kalamazoo that was missing. They also support local government and nonprofit through hosting candidate events and community gatherings. In attending these events personally, there has never once been an issue that I’ve encountered. Just people gathering and enjoying time with others. Xperience is such an asset to our community and I am happy to be able to support them. Highly recommend them on every level.

I’ve been here for everything from city events to themed parties and even hosted my own and it never disappoints. Great drinks, amazing music, and always such a fun, welcoming vibe. The ownership truly looks out for everyone and takes care of every detail, and I really appreciate that they have security in place…it’s a space where I consistently feel safe. Hands down one of the best places to dance in town.
CoCo Marie4 months agoI've hosted and attended several events at The Xperience. Renting the event space is always a pretty seamless process. The team is easy to work with, and the communication is great. As a guest - the parties are so much fun! The drinks are good, and the DJs are always great. Kim definitely brought the party back to Kalamazoo. It's nice to have a clean, safe space to go to listen to some music and shake a tail feather.
