Anitra Svendsen5 months agoI love Loft! I'm a cardholder and have enjoyed shopping for years. However, when I browse the store for a good 20 minutes and am never acknowledged or greeted it puts a sour taste in my mouth. There were at least 3 employees and none spoke to me. I even took a couple shirts to try on. I guess I'll continue ordering online, which makes me sad.
ANS 43213 years agoHas a decent petite section, more so than a lot of places but it's not a ton. They're great with switching out sizes and returns which is super helpful.
