Natalina Destroa year agoI attended my niece’s bridal shower at this venue on May 25th, 2025 and it was such a wonderful experience that I felt the need to write a review. I was so impressed with the beautiful renovations that were done to this iconic building that has been around for many years-it’s a must see. The staff were amazing-professional and so kind and helpful. The owners were also present at the event. They tended to our every need and were a major contributor to the success of the event! I was blown away with the artistic presentation of the food and it was just as tasty and delicious as it was presented 😋 The newly renovated spaces, the great quality of food and exceptional service is a hidden gem on Preston. I highly recommend this place-you will love it!
Tharcille TUYISENGE4 months agoOur team recently hosted a large all-staff event for 200 people at the Preston Centre, and Abbas and his team truly went above and beyond. From the very beginning, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating. We especially appreciated their understanding of cultural sensitivities — the food and overall experience reflected real care and attention to detail. Everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the event. The pricing was also very reasonable for the level of service we received. I would gladly work with this venue again for future events and would recommend them to others planning large gatherings.
Matthew Cerquozzi2 years agoWe had our wedding here this month and I cannot say enough great things about the venue and the staff. They were extremely responsive, helped us every step of the way including accommodating our every request the night of. Abbas was extremely present throughout the evening, not only checking in on the bride and groom but every room in the venue ensuring guests were taken care of. They communicated with our vendors to make the day run smoother and allowed us access to the venue prior to the event to add our own finishing touches. The food was incredible, and Yousef was extremely accommodating by adding any items we wanted to the menu. The renovations they've done really make the whole space pop. I highly recommend contacting them for any event.
ROB Rapiti10 months agoI've been to two conferences here, with no complaints. The food was quite good, the sound system was excellent, and very well laid out, with a breakout room. If you like this review, please give it a thumbs up.
Heather Wagamese5 months agoWe made the HUGE mistake of attending what we thought was a formal evening for new years eve. They had posted a dress code , there were people in jeans , very rough looking , even a cowboy bartender?. The food served was hardly touched , we heard a lot of negative reviews at our table . Myself , I found it was not good tasting and way to much spices on stuff , looked fancy but was seriously lacking in taste . Music was ok , nothing special . The goon squad at the entrance, im guessing were supposed to be some kind of Muscle 🤣🤣🤣 A broken handrail on the staircase in the entrance, we stopped several women in high heels from breaking their necks of the water covered stairs as well . Over all , pretty disappointed in this event . Will not do it again .
